HMI Programming

Custom Control Mfr. has been using human machine interfaces (HMI) since their introduction into the industry. From proprietary operating system based graphics, through the DOS generation, and up to Windows 2000 and XP, CCM has successfully designed and implemented HMI systems of all sizes.

We have extensive experience in a majority of the top selling HMI graphic programs including Wonderware, RSView (all generations), FactoryLink, and Fix/IFix. Custom Control Mfr. is also recognized as a System Integrator Partner for Wonderware.

In the beginning of the HMI revolution, graphic systems would typically consist of a one or two separate machines connected to one or two PLC's. However, networking has become so prevalent that all of the major HMI systems now support a variety of options including local control (single computers), Client/Server, and distributed network development. Custom Control Mfr. has implemented systems containing multiple HMI machines, multiple PLC's, and spanning multiple networks containing all of these options.

We have experience in implementing HMI systems in the following industries: power, airport fueling, food processing, chemical processing, gas/oil processing, environmental control, water treatment, and general manufacturing.

We continue to train and educate our people by sending them to Wonderware (Invensys), Rockwell Software (RSView), and FactoryLink (Tecnomatix) authorized classes. If there's a new technology, Custom Control Mfr. is first in line to learn and utilize it to the benefit of our customers.
