Batching

The concrete batching systems we typically design consist of one or more HMI stations and a PLC. The HMI stations monitor and control batching lines which mix different types of aggregates, lime, flyash, sand, and cement into batches. Operators design and select recipes for diffent concrete mixes that tell the PLC the percentage of each product per batch. Reports are generated when the batch is complete to display the actual amount of each product delivered.
