Conveyors

We have worked with many types of conveyor systems. Most of the belt-driven conveyor systems we have done have been in the packaging industry. These systems typically consist of a PLC that monitors photoeyes, limit switches, and controls any number of devices.

The chain driven systems that we typically do carry parts on an assembly line as they proceed through the manufacturing process into painting and shipping. These systems usually consist of one or more PLC's and one or more HMI's. Often, key or touch pad control is also placed at each operator station. Parts can be monitored at the PC as to their location in the process. Any number of status or genealogy reports can be generated.
